| Additional District Judge Jammu dismisses arbitration petition | | |

Jammu, Sept 4: The 1st Additional District Judge Jammu dismissed Arbitration Petition Titled Vikas Transport Company Vs Food Corporation of India (FCI) & Others wherein the Petitioner has seek the quashment of the order passed by FCI to revise the rates of transportation of food grains, Rice & floor to Kashmir Division after the construction of Chenani-Nashri tunnel that has reduce the distance between Jammu and Srinagar by around 40 KM.
After hearing the counsels for the parties, the Hon'ble Court of 1st Additional District Judge Jammu dismissed the Arbitration Petition Titled as Vikas Transport Company Vs FCI & Ors in favour of the respondents (FCI). |
