| Strike of teachers enters day 9, demand 7th PC | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 7: The ongoing indefinite chain hunger strike of Teachers' Joint Action Committee entered 9th consecutive day today.
The hunger strike at Jammu was organized under the leadership of State President JKRTTF Vinod Sharma, State Chief Coordinator JKRTTF Sukhdev Singh Sumbria and Provincial president JKRTTF Rajesh Jamwal. The teachers who are on the 24 hour fast on the 9th Day of chain Hunger strike included Naresh Sharma state spokesperson JKRTTF , Manzoor khan District President Rajouri, Ashwani Kumar, Neetu Sharma, Mohd Razak, Arun Kumar, Nasir Hussain,Jeewan Sharma, Rakesh Kumar, Ashaq Ahmed, Mohinder Kumar and Rakesh Kumar.
A large number of o teachers on the occasion also held a strong sit in protest demonstration on the 9th day against the casual approach of the government towards SSA teachers and masters who have been deprived of 7th Pay Commission till date and their salaries have not been delinked. |
