| Narinder pays homage on 36th death anniversary of Sheikh Abdullah | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 9: Narinder Singh Ex Director Information presently in USA while paying homage on the 36th Death Anniversary of Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah described him as the secular leader of the J&K State who decided to remain with Secular India.His contributions for the welfare of the people of the State were significant.
As per press statement issued here, he was popularly known as Sher -E-Kashmir (Lion of Kashmir)as well as Kashmiris used to consider him as their Bab(Father)because of their love and affection for him. On this day when he left for heavenly abode there was sea of humanity apart from locals many national leaders including dignitaries such as President and Prime Minister of India also attended his funeral procession He was not only a towering leader of J&K but also had international image.
He wanted to build a new Kashmir (A Naya Kashmir) and his Party National Conference should try to achieve the goal to fulfill the dreams of Sheikh Sahib under the dynamic leadership of Dr Farooq Abdullah. All the political Parties irrespective of their differences should jointly fight against the nefarious designs of enemy country Pakistan who is creating unrest and disturbing peace of the state and country as a whole through Terrorism. |
