MENDHAR, Sept 6: President Kissan Mazdoor Union Mendhar Majid khan Boby alleged that PWD of Poonch district is facing huge fund crisis due to which number of projects being delayed.
As per press statement issued, Khan said that the people are made to suffer a lot as department fails to maintain a local link roads connectivity properly. They have not funds to repair potholes on roads and always made excuses of shortage of funds. Heavy rainfall caused huge damaged to the roads under PWD Poonch and no one has bothered to prepare estimation for repairs and start work on them.
He further alleged that the system of PWD department is totally collapsed in Mendhar. Owing to the roads of the said areas are not in good condition and there is no proposal to repair these roads included Tota Gali Naka, Harni Chowk to Surhoothi, Kiker More to Kasyote, National High way to Sangiote Gali, Suran Mendhar road to Kasyote Harmutha. |
