Locals allege land mafia encroached evacuee property, administration remains silent | | | Early Times Report SUNDERBANI, Sept 9: People of Sunderbani alleged that a prime evacuee property land in village Ainpur has been encroaching by some local persons and start construction forcefully and police and administration could not taken solid action against land mafia. Moreover, People of Sunderbani urged to Governor of Jammu and Kashmir for take necessary action against land mafia and police administration of Sunderbani. Prominent people included Dev Raj Sharma, Ashok Kumar, Mangat Ram, Rajesh Kumar and others said that in the case police and administration could not take any action against them. They further added that in village Ainpur have 108 Kanal custodian/evacuee property land in khasra number 355. An enclosure, water pond, cattle shed built on 1987 and community hall was also built in 2002 on 45 kanal custodian lands. But one person encroached 20 Kanal from enclosure and other persons encroaching prime custodian land also and start construction Tara Chand is also encroaching the 08 Kanal land from Des Raj same khasra number. In year 2017 Tara has 10 Kanal land girdaveri now his girdaveri is 15 Kanal one year 5 kanal custodian land is increased people want to inquire this land scam. Meanwhile general custodian of J&K Farooq Shah and deputy custodian Rajouri Ajiz Ahmed sent a order against land mafia number 150-54/DC/EP/R Act Svt. 2006 dated 14-08-2018 and order number 137-40/DC/EP/R dated 23-07-2018 and but custodian Jammu Mushtaq Hussain Malik favour to land grabbers and gave notice number 537-38/AP dated 27-07-2018 to innocent person who always helps to department. People urged to Governor for give a solid order for take inquire and action against land mafia and police and administration. |
