Jammu, Sept 9: A three day testing camp of KVS State Bharat Scouts and Guides, District North for Tritiya Sopan (Guides) culminated at K.V Nagrota here on Sunday.
138 Guides from 19 different KVs alongwith 21 Escorts attended the camp.
They went through rigorous test to earn their place for Tritiya Sopan, in Jammu Division.
Bimla Pandit, District Commissioner Guides (District North)& Vice- Principal KV Nagrota appreciated the students for presenting programmes on the occasion of camp fire and hoped that the students would show their ability in the skills learned during the camp. She urged the students to prepare for the future.
Anjali Kaul Hak LOC informed that the students were made to undergo a rigorous training and testing , which included first- aid training, physical endurance and cultural presentation.
Apart from other testing programmes, the students were also taught moral values, including unity and diverse cultural heritage of the country.
