Blind murder case solved within no time, accused held | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 9: Akhnoor police today claimed to have cracked a blind murder case and arrested the accused while recovered the weapon of offence on the disclosure of the arrested accused. Police spokesman said that today one Pula Sharma son of Sain Dass of Daskal, Akhnoor lodged a written report at Akhnoor police station to the effect that today at about 0630 hrs he went to his poultryfarm situated at Bharda Kalan where it found that one of his employees namely Lal Bahadur (60) son of Gur Bahadur of Nepal is lying in a pool of blood on his bed, on checking he was found dead. Acting on the complaint a case under FIR no. 190/2018 under section 302 of RPC has been registered at Akhnoor police station and further investigation was started. "After registration of FIR Akhnoor Police came into action and immediately initiate swift action, strenuous efforts, and brought one suspect Shiv Kumar of Kapai Di Bai, Akhnoor under investigation and during sustained interrogation he confessed that he committed the murder,", said police spokesman adding that weapon of offence (Danda) was also recovered on the disclosure of accused. Due to this timely actions and massive manhunt launched by Police Akhnoor the blind murder case solved in within no time, and accused arrested. |
