JAMMU, Sept 13: Yoganand College of Education and Technology (YCET) today organized a visit to Sudershan Casting Private Limited Bari Brahmana.
According to press release, the visit was organized by Khusbhu Singh, Training and placement officer YCET for the Department of Civil Engineering.
Rakesh Singh Dhadwal, General Manager along with Himanshu Sharma, Manager interacted with the faculty and students and described the functioning of each unit of the plant.
The total capacity of the plant is 60-70 Tonne per day. This plant is casting cast iron moulds; Extraction of mild steel is also done. The Waste coming out after casting of moulds is utilized in manufacturing of cement, safe disposal and simultaneously its utilization.
The students were accompanied by Er. Indu Lidoo, Er. Khuswace Singh, Khusbu Singh (TPO) & Tarun Dev Singh Jamwal. |
