ABVP organizes "march for students rights"

Jammu, Sept 18: ABVP Jammu University organized a "March for Students Rights" for the demands of students. More than a hundred of students gathered in front of DSW office and raised slogans for fulfilling their demands. The demands which were raised were Free Wifi, Refund WiFi Fees. Open already Constructed Hostels, Start Transport Facility for the students coming from Kathua-Vijaypur-Samba Range, R.S Pura Range, Akhnoor Range,etc, Self-Attestation facility for the forms of Re-examination, Re-evaluation, etc, Increase fellowship and number of seats for scholars according to the norms of UGC. While addressing the students Ravail Pariah (Scholar) said that this has been the habit of Jammu University that it does not listen to the demands of the students unless and until they protest for their demands, he said that these are general demands like the development of infrastructure which needs to be looked and checked by the Jammu University and the redressal to these problems should be found. The memorandum of demands was submitted by the Jammu University President Ramneek Sharma along with Jammu University secretary Suyash Gupta and the following others who joined the march were Komal Parihar, Manasvini, Anit Sharma, Shubham Sharma, Anmol Sharma, Raghav Choudhary, Tanvi Sharma, poonam, amit, pushpak, ayush, aman, ankit, vikrant,etc.
