| Inter School District Level Competitions held | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 18: Inter School District Level Competitions of District Jammu in the Sports discipline of Tug of war, U/19 yrs (Boys and Girls) and Inter District Divisional level competition softball, U/17 and U/19 yrs Boys concludes here today at Green Field Gandhi Nagar Jammu
GHSS RS Pura and GHSS Mandal lifted Inter School District level Tug of war Boys and girls Championship today here at Green field Gandhi Nagar Jammu.
In overall 250 Boys and Girls from Govt./Private institutions of14 zones of Jammu District were took part in the Competitions.
The competitions were being organised by Department of Youth Services and Sports under the patronage of Dr. Saleem-Ur-Rehman, Director General, Youth Services and Sports and under the overall supervision of Madan Lal, Joint Director YSS Jammu. While, Chanchal Kour, District Youth Services and Sports Officer Jammu was the organising Secretary of the above said competitions.
Those present on the occasion were Chander Kant ZPEO, B.K. Tikoo, Ravinder Singh, Hardev Singh, Usha Fotedar, Alka Manhas, Anit Kour, and Arti thakur.
The main objective of the competitions is to select the teams/player for the next level of competitions. |
