Neeraj Gupta holds protest against fuel price hike
9/19/2018 8:40:04 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Sept 19: Neeraj Gupta Zonal President JKNPP today along with supporters and party workers held a massive protest at Jammu. They were pushing Motor Cycle and Scooters with their hands to show their strong disagreement with the Centre Govt. Neeraj Gupta said that today the price hike of the Petrol and diesel has added miseries to the life of the common man. The continuous hike in prices of diesel and petrol has broken the back bone of the common man. The Govt. is mum and had nothing to speak. In order to divert the attention of the people the Govt. tries to raise the issues like Swachh Bharat Mission etc. Although these issues are also important, but the common man need to fulfil its basic needs at the priority basis and other issues have second place at its list of priorities. First of all he needs employment so that he can earn bread for him and his family. It is the responsibility of the Govt. to take care of its citizens. If the Govt. has no control over the prices and even has no policy to overcome the problem, such Govt. has no right to sit in the Office. Their statement regarding the rise in economy is just an eye wash. Yesterday the cost of $ reached at Rs.73/ which itself proves that the Govt. has nothing to do with the problems of a common man.
