The Measles-Rubella (MR) vaccination campaign will be launched in the State on September 23 while in Rajouri district it will be launched on September 24.
The accused has been identified as Zulfikar A. Choudhry, who in his Facebook posts has appealed to the people not to go for MR vaccination of their children as that will make them impotent.
"The repeated Facebook posts of Zulfikar have already dented the MR vaccination campaign launched by the Health Department" said a health department official.
"Even the department has witnessed decrease in the routine vaccinations of Measles and DPT at health centres due to this misinformation", informed Dr Mehmood.
