| Hindi Documentary on Gandhi ji's screened | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 19: In continuation to series of activities under taken by Government Degree College Bishnah to commemorate 150th Birth anniversary of Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi Ji, a Hindi documentary on his life and pre and post freedom struggle made by him with specific reference of historical events w.e.f. 1931 to till his death.
Even the role played by him after achieving independence for maintenance of peace and unity during the partition of nation in two countries was also highlighted. After screening the movie the Principal of the college Prof. Kuldeep Singh Koushal highlighted among the students the importance of principles of truth and non-violence by which Gandhi Ji able to win the greatest freedom struggle. All the senior faculty members of the college were present on the occasion. |
