| Passengers duped by delay, cancellation of Go-Air flight | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 21: Hundreds of passengers of the GoAir had a tough time at the Jammu Airport after the airline cancelled its flight due to a technical snag this afternoon.
Passengers had to wait for a long time to get confirmation for the cancellation of the GoAir flight on Friday.
According to passengers, the flight had scheduled departure from Jammu to Delhi at 12:40 PM but flight was delayed and after spending 1 to 2 hours at Airport, it came to know that due to some technical snag the same has been cancelled by the concerned officials.
"The GoAir has left us in the lurch as I had another flight from Delhi Airport but now the flight will be missed as I will unable to reach on time, "One of passenger, who was waiting for another flight, told over phone.
The passenger said that the luggage was also not handed over by the authority so far. It exposes poor management of the AirPort authority as well as GoAir staff.
Even no arrangement was made to accommodate passengers in other flights. |
