srinagar, Oct 16: As many as 172 officials of Armed Police wing of the state police department have been promoted to the next level in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday. A police official said that 31 Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs) have been promoted to the rank of Sub-Inspectors (SIs), 17 Head Constables have been promoted to the rank of Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs). Similarly, the 67 Selection Grade Constables have been promoted to the rank of Head Constables while 57 Constables have been promoted to the rank of Selection Grade Constables. Meanwhile, Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Armed, J&K, A K Choudhary extended his warm greetings to the newly promoted SIs, ASIs, HCs, Sg.Constables and their families. |
