Rajouri, Oct 19: Students from various education institutions of Rajouri and Poonch districts today took part in a 'Cultural Fest' organised in District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Rajouri today. Fest was organised by Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages in coordination with DIET Rajouri while DIET Principal, Pardeep K Sharma was chief guest in the event.
A total of ten teams of both districts participated in the said competition and student's team from Government GHS Maghnar Poonch bagged first prize while team from HSS Sheendhara Poonch and from HS Kunaiyan Poonch bagged second and third position respectively. Consolation prize was bagged by team of Gujjar and Bakerwal Hostel Rajouri.
Other's including Col NC Basotra, ZSWO Rajouri, Bushan Kumar, Cultural Officer, Harish Singer, CS Katal, Sunita Pandit from Directorate of School Education Jammu were also present in the said programme. |
