JAMMU, Nov 9: In a petition filed by Dr. Neena Sharma, Justice Sanjeev Kumar after hearing Adv Abhinav Sharma directed PSC that one post of Lecturer (Assistant Professor), Physiology notified for selection vide Advertisement Notification No. 01-PSC (DR-P) of 2018 dated 17.01.2018 shall not be filled up.
Justice Sanjeev Kumar observed that it is thought fit to have instructions from the respondent-Public Service Commission, particularly with regard to the merit position of the petitioner, issued notice to the respondents and directed to file objections in Meanwhile, subject to objections from other side and till next date before the Bench, one post of Lecturer (Assistant Professor), Physiology notified for selection vide Advertise-ment Notification No. 01-PSC (DR-P) of 2018 dated 17.01.2018 shall not be filled up. |
