Jammu, Nov 15: Two artists from Jammu, Mahua Gupta and Gaurav Kapoor got selected and displayed their art works in the 84th All India Exhibition of Arts-2018, organized by Indian Academy of Fine Arts, Amritsar. Exhibition was inaugurated by S.Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina, Chairman IAFA, on 1st November,2018 at Art Gallery, M.M. Malviya Road, Amritsar. The Exhibition continued till 16th November, 2018 where, out of 900 art works by 462 artists across the country only 282 art works got selected, where 136 paintings, 35 drawings, 52 graphics, 20 photographs and 39 sculptures are displayed at Art Gallery Amritsar. The works of all the artists were very much appreciated by the chief guest and visited by art connoisseur across the country. |
