| High Power Delegation calls on DHSJ | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 20: A High-Power delegation comprising of all cadres of Education Department of Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum led by GaneKhajuria State General Secretary met Rakesh Sangral Worthy Director School Education Jammu, in the Meeting Hall.
The delegation apprised him of the burning problems with which they are being confronted since long. During the meeting a Memorandum containing the below mentioned pending and genuine demands was submitted before him.
The salaries of surplus masters be streamlined once for all to mitigate their sufferings which they are facing since long. Those who have been promoted from class IV to Junior Assistants, Lab. Bearers to Lab. Assistants and Lab. Assistants to TEACHERS in their own pay and grade may be regularised from the date of their promotion.
In 2014, a chunk of Class IV which is stated in No.2 were promoted in their own pay and grade with-out the benefits of charge allowance may be regularised in the next grade from the date of their promotion with granting proper seniority, as their junior counterparts are enjoying.
That the Rehbar-i-Taleem Teachers who have completed their 5 years of satisfactory services and whose cases are laying pending for regularlisation in the Office of CEO's and DSE Jammu, the JKTF strongly demand their regularlisation on fast track basis.
That in District Reasi typing test of Class IV, for the promotion to the Junior Assistants was conducted thrice by the concerned CEO but only one candidate succeeded and it is very unfortunate that again the same candidates were given the opportunity to sit in the typing test consecutively for the last 8years debarring highly professionally qualified to avail the opportunity to appear in the typing test . |
