JAMMU, Nov 20: In partial modification to the High Court Order No. 984 dated 29.10.2018 transfers and postings of the Judicial Officers were ordered today.
According to the order issued by Registrar General J&K High Court Sanjay Dhar, Shujat Ali Khan, District & Sessions Judge, under transfer as Principal District &. Sessions Judge, Pulwama, is now transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Budgam in place of Mohd. Ibrahim Wani. Mohd. Ibrahim Wani, District and Sessions Judge, under transfer as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Budgam, is now transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pulwama in place of Shujat Ali Khan. Ritesh Kumar Dubey, District & Sessions Judge, under transfer as Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rajouri, is now transferred and posted as One Man Forest Authority against the available vacant post, on deputation basis. Sudhir Kumar Khajuria, Civil Judge (Sr. Division)/Sub-Judge, under transfer as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Leh is now transferred and posted as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishtwar vice Bashir Ahmad Munshi whereas Bashir Ahmad Munshi, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishtwar is transferred and posted as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Leh in place of Sudhir Khajuria, Civil Judge (Sr. Division)/Sub-Judge. |
