VIJAYPUR, Nov 27: The residents of Gurha Slathia area of Vijaypur in district Samba are facing lot of problems due to lack of drinking water supply, however, the Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department is paying no attention in solving the grivance.
Speaking to Early time, the villagers informed that the concerned department was informed but it has not taken any appropriate step to solve this problem so far adding that due to the scarcity of water, their problems are increasing day by day.
The locals also said that whenever the issue is raised before the officials of the concerned department, they give one excuse or the other.
The villagers demanded from the department's top officials provide drinking water supply to the people at the earliest so as to end their miseries. |
