KATHUA, Dec 4: A team headed by DMO Kathua B R Bhagat on the direction of DC, Kathua Rohit Khajuria raided the premises of M/S Bharat Stone Crusher which was running illegally at village Kishanpur Kandi tehsil Marheen, district Kathua late in the evening and sealed the stone crusher along with excavators. The electricity connection of the unit was also snapped. The case has also been registered against the stone crusher under the relevant sections of the act governing the law. The proprietor/manager of the stone crusher was directed on spot to produce the relevant documents and not to operate the unit till further orders. |
