Jammu, Dec 4: A singer from Jammu and Kashmir, Meet Kaur has been nominated for the PTC Punjabi Best New Sensation Award at the PTC Punjabi Music Awards 2018 to be held in Punjab.
The PTC Punjabi Film Awards are presented annually by the PTC Punjabi to honor both artistic and technical excellence of professions in the Punjab Cinema. The awards were first started in the year 2011.
Meet Kour got a break in the Punjabi music industry with the song Chalakaa. She has sung numerous songs in the Punjabi language and also has an album Lohri Yaraan Di 2018 in her bag.
Kaur's Hashtag song which was released last year in December has been selected for Best New Sensation Age Category song at the PTC Star Awards 2018. Hashtag song has more than three million views on Youtube.
Speaking to the media at Press Club Jammu, Meet Kour said that Jammu and Kashmir have already showered lots of love on me.
"Now I want my listeners and supporters from across the state to show the same love they have shown to my all the songs that I sung in recent times", Kour said. |
