Early Times Report JAMMU, Dec 4: Continuing his daily routine to hold Public Darbar in his office, several deputation hailing from various wards of Jammu West Assembly Constituency met with Former Minister Sat Sharma (CA) and brought their demands into his notice and sought their redressal. Residents form areas like New Plots, Hari Singh Nagar, Rehari, Maheshpura and Subhash Nagar were among those who were present. The deputations sought upgradation of lanes and drains at various areas, resolving the issue of irregular water supply, completion of sewerage connections to households and pacing up of other developmental works in their areas. In many of the cases Sharma called upon the concerned officials of the department and asked them for early redressal of the problem whereas in the cases of development works like lanes and drains, the former minister assured the deputations that their demands will be looked into and put forward to the concerned department and appropriate action will be taken in a time bound manner. A deputation from Panchi Nagar in Rehari thanked former minister for raising the issue of construction of Nullah in their area. Speaking on the occasion, Sharma said that his aim has always been to provide all round development to the residents of Jammu West Constituency and he will continue to work for that purpose. Sharma stressed the need of a clean and better environment and promoting the issue of Swachh Bharat. Dinesh Maini, Abhi Jamwal, Puneet Gupta, Pankaj kumar, Sudesh Kumari, Tulsi Sharma, Raghu Pal Sharma and Amar Pal Singh were present on the occasion. |
