Poonch, Dec 13: Inhabitants of border village Mangnar sans basic necessities, thanks to negligence of political representatives and concerned authorities. According to the sources, Mohalla Kalsan Lower and Kalsan upper of said village have no road connectivity, mobile network, pure drinking water supply, proper supply of electricity, health center, proper functioning educational institutions and anganwadi centers.
Locals of the area have said that many a times legislators have made promises with people to provide all basic facilities to them.
Locals have shown their strong resentment over negligence of concern authorities and said people residing LoC are kept in dark.
A local namely Shabir has appealed to governor Satya Pal Malik to look into the matter and provide basic facilities to the common masses of the border village. |
