JAMMU, Dec 13: Principal Sessions Judge Reasi Kamlesh Pandita today rejected the bail application of Jagdish Singh and other allegedly involved in murder case.
Principal Sessions Judge Reasi Kamlesh Pandita after hearing both the sides observed that the offence alleged to have been committed by the accused are heinous and entail punishment of death or life sentence. Unless and until all the witnesses are examined in the case, the accused persons deserve no concession and bail application is accordingly rejected. |
