Jammu, Dec 13: Jammu and Kashmir Aadhaar Association (JKAA)today demanded their engagement as permanent employees in the Aadhaar department. Addressing media persons, state president NSUI Raqeeq Ahmad Khansaid that these youth have worked day and night in making aadhar cards of citizens by going to their homes and they have been working for the last over seven years. Employees have called on Secretary Information Technology Swagat Biswas of Jammu and Kashmir and he assured that their issue will addressed and they will be hired as permanent employees, but so far nothing has been done. Waseem Akram President Jammu and Kashmir Aadhaar Association demanded that in-spite of appointing new candidates they should be appointed because these employees were part of the scheme and have worked hard to make the system success. They appealed Govenor to personally intervene in the matter and took a decision in their favour.
