BJP has lost all morality to speak of Jammuites
Mahadeep Singh Jamwal12/23/2018 8:45:38 PM
Before dropping few lines on the subject, I feel it my responsibility as a member of civil society and as a freelance scripter to advice BJP to introspect and for the purpose I refer them to Holy Scripture 'Bhagwat Gita' chapter IX verse 30, where Lord Sri Krishna says: 'Even if the vilest sinner worships me with full devotion, he should be considered a noble soul or saint; as he has taken the right step by worshipping me.' Jumping to the main script, morality is honestly the mindset maintained towards people and in politics it refers to the representatives, whom we personally elect. A man does what he must - in spite of personal consequences, in spite of obstacles and dangers and pressures - and that is the basis of all human morality. But when we stare towards the BJP's frame work for Jammuites through the specks on the frame of human ethics, exhibited by BJP from time to time, it conclude to non-debatable issue that BJP has lost all moralities to speak of Jammuites. It spread its tentacles to out play in the peaceful societies in the form of hate speeches, exploitation of religious sentiments, pseudo nationalistic approach, and to consolidate religious frenzy to target the particular sections but still the party impersonate to be secular and people concerning party. At the national level, present dispensation of BJP is considered as a canopy to safe guard the interests of criminals facing charges of murder, attempt to murder, rape, looting, kidnapping and what not, because this criminal fraternity stand accommodated in the council of ministers as law makers and their number is 31 per cent. The citations from some states ruled by BJP, exhibiting soft approach and attitude towards criminally charged subjects goes as: The BJP majority government surprisingly brought 'Uttar Pradesh Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2017' to facilitate withdrawal of 20,000 cases (including cases against the CM himself), against politicians terming them as not serious charges. Rajasthan government had withdrawn cases against BJP/VHP leaders. While in coalition in J&K, it set free approximately ten thousand criminals hailing from Kashmir valley involved in violent criminal activities. The phenomenon is not confined to BJP only but it is prevalent in any party's government, but serious concern here is that BJP has surpassed all barriers than previous counterparts. How these political parties behave, to keep their criminal acts under the carpet, can well be understood and for the purpose, we have to shuffle some pages of 2003 of Supreme Court rulings, when the Supreme Court ordered disclosure of pending criminal cases by candidates contesting elections to parliament and state assemblies, in the Association for Democratic Reforms (2002) case, parliament unanimously (meaning all political parties) supported the move to amend the 'Representation of the People Act' to prevent the judgment from being implemented. It was only when the Supreme Court declared the amendment unconstitutional on appeal in 2003 that the disclosures became a requirement.
When we speak of BJP in context to Jammu and pin a nail that it has lost all morality to speak of Jammuites, the conclusion is based on parties track history of harping on certain crucial issues faced by Jammuites and their exploitation. It constantly remained in exercise, to consolidate its vote bank to achieve its hidden lust for power in this region. About lust in chapter 3 verse 37 of 'Bhagwat Gita' Sri Krishna has said ; It is lust only, Arjuna, which is born of contact with the material modes of passion and later transformed into wrath, and which is the all-devouring, sinful enemy of this world". We have not forgotten the vicious role of this party that is like a baby in Kangaroo's pocket, during its provoked 'Amarnath Land Row of 2008' under the banner of 'Shri Amarnath Sangarsh Samiti'. The void created claimed dozens of innocent lives across the state and reaching to an agreement of zero gain for the cause. Boasting of a non-political identity, its convener (Mr. Leela Karan), contested parliamentary election on BJP ticket from Jammu-Poonch, and was rewarded with a shameful defeat by the people exploited during agitation. But the heat of the provoked religious sentiments proved to be best of both worlds and 11 MLAs of BJP from Jammu were returned to assembly. But owing to their basic character of deceivers, 7 of the 11 MLAs sold out their mandate and went into cross voting in the legislative council elections in 2011, including one who happened to be the former union minister (Professor Chaman Lal Gupta).
The only best thing in politics is short memory of voters, that become easily prey of booby trap lay by political deceivers. Same thing happened in 2014 and the voters utterly failed to perceive the trickery the party displayed in nominating the candidates by bringing unknown faces, as unknown faces are non controversial and this helped a lot to the party. 25 MLAs returned to assembly. But more so the voters have not cast their vote to these candidates for their efficiency but for two reasons: One Modi wave that was sweeping throughout the country and second against domination of Kashmir centric political parties. But amazingly first bounce Jammuites got from BJP was its allying with PDP, when Modi as PM, all time during election campaigning was highly critical of only two families i.e. 'Abdullah' and 'Mufti' family holding them responsible for complete loot of funds pumped by the centre in the state. It was followed by most unexpected bump, when PM while sharing dais on oath ceremony of late Mufti, was smiling (taken as crooked smiling by Jammuites) on the words of late Mufti Sayeed giving credit to anti national forces and militants across the border for the smooth elections. Yet large hearted Jammuites condoned BJP believing heavy commitments and slogans for Jammu's cause and discrimination. But what Jammuites got from coalition government even having equal number of ministries, speaker and Dy.CM from BJP, was total surrender of this obnoxious group to its alliance partner. We remember the flattery of Dy.CM (Mr. Nirmal Singh) and his surrender in toto before the Kashmiri frenzy, when he announced the adoption of Chrar-e-Sharief in 2016, in valley for development, when many historical religious places on the verge of extinction in his home constituency never came to his mind. The Jammu based leaders of this party stand badly exposed in public functions begging for MBBS, engineering seats and other similar benefits for their kith and kin by none else than CM's from time to time. The Jammuites have been sufferers even in the hands of other party governments also but this BJP set a worse record of discrimination ever observed by Jammuites and lip murmur (although cannot be taken as conclusive proof but it also goes as: voice of people is the voice of God) across the corners was of its ministers and MLAs most corrupt dispensation, running transfer industry and amassing wealth through touts and some even accused of engaging their better halves for the purpose. These one and all those in ministry and outside the ministry proved to be monuments. The inexperienced lot loaded with power bullets failed to sense the sentiments of the people and exhibited their sense of irresponsibility by boycotting DDB meetings (by Nirmal Singh then Dy.CM), even over such steps by PDP ministers for a transparent systemization appreciated by one and all in the entire state. Jammuites have seen the void between Dy.CM (Mr. Nirmal Singh) and speaker (Mr. Kavinder Gupta), both from BJP, over inauguration of a passenger shed costing just few thousands and on protocol issues.
The Jammuites have witnessed unceremonious exodus of its two cabinet ministers (Ch. Lal Singh & Mr. Chander Parkash Ganga) over an issue of communal harmony and allegedly blamed for supporting the criminals accused of rape and murder of a minor. BJP lacked authority and influence as seen in demand of Late Maharaja's birth as public holiday. It was ever worst history of alliance in J&K, when for the first time, pro-Pakistan slogans (by Mohmmad Akbar Lone, MLA from NC) were shouted in the Assembly that too in Jammu and silent shameful band of 25 worthless MLA's, Deputy Chief Minister and speaker of the same party witnessed it like tombstones. This hopeless syndicate even dared not to condemn this act of anti national minds. Realizing the party is in deep neck of its extinction, parted away from the alliance. To regain its complete lost ground now it is again on public platform with its excuses and shifting all blame on PDP, whereas they had been in dream world for the last four and half years and selling lucrative and flashy dreams to the voters while sitting in the lap of PDP and siphoning tax payers money.
Concluding and summarizing the deeds elaborated in preceding backup, the BJP has lost all morality to speak of Jammuites hence they are required to look for the ways available in Hindu scriptures to get freedom from 'Moh-Maya' of 'Rajniti' and for their sin (pap) committed towards Jammuites in cheating and deceiving them, I have already referred them to holy scripture 'Bhagwat Gita'.
