Jammu, Jan 11: Samvedna Society (SS) in collaboration with NGO Parivartan Jammu (PJ), organised a plantation drive at Gandhi Nagar.
Chairman Keshav Chopra and Treasurer of NGO Parivartan Vishal Targotra were present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Keshav Chopra said that to save the nature everyone must take initiatives to plant more and more trees. It is the duty of every individual to save the earth from global warming otherwise the nature will not spare the humans. Keshav also requested the people to plant a tree on the name of each member in their family. Vishal Targotra emphasized on the importance of preserving the environment. Makson Tickoo, Vinay Singh, Sandeep Singh, Rohit Sharma, Sahil Kumar, Sourav Gupta, Rahul Gupta, Manoj Tandon, Munish Jamwal and others were present on the occasion. |
