Jammu, Jan 21: Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) Kashmir today presented challan against then Divisional Manager, SFC (Harnag Anantnag) before the Court of Special Judge Anti Corruption Anantnag.
Spokesman of the ACB said that the instant case was registered in police station VOK, now police station ACB Kashmir on the outcome of verification conducted by this bureau into the allegations that the suspect Peer Manzoor Ahmad, then divisional Manager SFC had demanded and accepted Rs. 5000 from the complainant namely Asif Shafi Shah of Hazratbal Payeen Anantnag, contractor by profession as illegal gratification for release of payment of the complainant due to him on account of transportation work of timber.
The Charge Sheet of the case was produced today before the Court of Special Judge Anti Corruption Anantnag. |
