| DLSA organises orientation programme for retainer lawyers | | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar, Feb 7: District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Kishtwar organized a training cum orientation programme for Retainer Lawyers, Para Legal Volunteers (PLVs) and officials of department of Posts from inaccessible areas like Marwah, Dachhan, Warwan, Padder, Bonjwah of District Kishtwar.
The orientation programme was organized under the guidance of Sh. S. C. Katal Chairman District Legal Services Authority Kishtwar and was presided by Touseef Ahmad Magray, Secretary, DLSA Kishtwar.
The major purpose of organizing this training programme was to impart training to Retainer Lawyers/ PLVs and Officials of Department of Posts from inaccessible areas of District Kishtwar pertaining to the filing of cases by the litigants in these inaccessible areas of District Kishtwar.
The participants were imparted training with regard to the filing of cases by the litigants from snow bound and inaccessible areas of District Kishtwar through the postal mode as per the training module provided by J & K State Legal Services Authority.
The training was attended by eleven (11) officials of Department of Posts from inaccessible areas of District Kishtwar besides PLV's and Retainer Lawyers of these areas. |
