Jammu, Feb 8: Mount Litera Zee School-Jammu and its junior wing KIDZEE, Anand Nagar, Bohri, Jammu celebrated "Vasant Panchami" in the school Premises with great enthusiasm and joy in the presence of Chairman Er. Parneesh Mahajan, Liaison Officer Harvinder Singh Sihotra ,Principal Manikarnika Bhasin, Coordinator Radhika Mahajan, staff and students. A special assembly was conducted and demonstration was given to all the students regarding "Vasant Panchami". All the students were dressed up in Yellow Coloured dresses. Speaking on the occasion, Managing Director, Er Parneesh Mahajan threw light on why we celebrate "Vasant Panchami" by saying that this day is dedicated to saraswati, the goddess of knowledge, music, art, science and technology and also we welcome spring season. In the end , yellow sweets were distributed among the students. |
