JAMMU, Feb 11: The workers of Dogra Front and Shiv Sena under the leadership of their president Ashok Gupta took out a procession in old Jammu city against Mehbooba Mufti's remarks in favour of Pakistan's Prime Minister and abusing the Prime Minister of India. Mehbooba in her statement had drawn parallels with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government in Pakistan and slammed the National Democratic Alliance government at the Centre for focusing on renaming historic cities in India and building the Ram temple in Ayodhya. Addressing the party workers, Ashok Gupta said that Mehbooba rather than making unreasonable comparisons should focus upon her party which is almost on the verge of breaking down in to fragments and her political identity which has almost diminished adding that these pro-Pakistan and pro-terror statements are of no help as people have realized that she is nothing more than a two faced ideology. He said, "Mehbooba Pakistan ke liye Mehbooba ho sakti hai, hamare liye nahi [Mehbooba Mufti could be a beloved of Pakistan but not for our country]." Gupta further stated that Mehbooba Mufti is also trying to create a communal divide by raising the issue of Hindu, Muslim and trying to develop an aura that Muslims are in danger in India. |
