| Teachers are ambassadors' of peace and progress through education : Sodhi | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 2: S. S. Sodhi PVC, Director Delhi Public School Nagbani, Jammu-(West) conducted an interaction session of the school staff today. During the interaction he said that teachers can play a positive role in creating peaceful atmosphere through school education.
Further, it is very important for teachers to make sure that they create atmosphere of discipline, punctuality, love, care and concern amongtthe existing society in J&K.
Sodhi said that every student in our state should respect the teachers and try to learn new technologies. Peace can be spread and progress can be made by using knowledge gained in an intellectual manner. This is very important in every school in J&K to teach discipline and harmony amongst the students, parents & society.
He further said, "It is the duty of schools, colleges and universities to make students honest and healthy human beings. We must learn to love all and lead the path of communal harmony".
He added that it is very important that we should come forward and join hands to make J&K as one of the top states in the world. Students are our future builder and they can play a positive role in nation building and making their state blessed in every aspect.
In his address, Sodhi praised the efforts of the principal and the staff members for providing quality education, while teaching and creating atmosphere of love, care, and respect among all the students. He also thanked the administration of J&K government for their immense support. The Principal of the School R .K. Verma presented vote of thanks and assured him that no stone will be left unturned and the goals shown by him will be achieved through willing participation of everyone present in the session. |
