Jammu, Mar 10:French Club felicitated prominent entrepreneurs and personalities of Jammu who have made city as well as the region proud through their works.
Rakesh Gupta, President, Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Jammu who was chief guest on the occasion congratulated the entrepreneurs Kumud Goel (Headmasters Salon & Wellness Centre), Divya Gupta (Wing it by Divya), Diksha Gupta (Candy Crush Cakes), Urvashi Jain (Chocologicc), Sanajana Manchanda (Mom's Chocolicious Chocolates), Palak Jain (Pearls Creations), Sindia Bhau (Edify The Learning Institute), Tushar Jandial and Manik Jandial (Bloomers Casa Services Pvt Ltd) for starting new ventures.
One of the entrepreneurs, Urvashi Jain expressed happiness on receiving the award. She said Jammu's Youth have huge potential and capability, "The only thing that is needed now is the realization by our young minds," she added.
Chief guest also felicitated the winners of "Mr & Miss/Mrs Photogenic Jammu Contest 2018" Aashna Dubey (Winner, Miss Photogenic Jammu), Spriha Gupta (2nd Runner up, Miss Photogenic Jammu), Aarushi Baloria (3rd runner up, Miss Photogenic Jammu), Vartika Sadhotra (winner, Mrs Photogenic Jammu), Shriya Gupta (1st runner-up, Mrs Photogenic Jammu), Kanika Bains (2nd runner-up, Mrs Photogenic Jammu), Rahul Khatri (3rd runner-up, Mr Photogenic Jammu) and Iqbal Malik (2nd runner-up Mr Photogenic Jammu)
Personalities of Jammu who got felicitated by the Chief Guest were Mousmi Verma (sportsperson), Sugam Bral (theater artist), Renu Sharma (theater artist), Jatinder Jotshi (theater artist), Vrinda Gupta (theater artist), Titiksha Mahajan (fashion stylist), Katyayni Gupta (sportsperson), Rajan Sharma (magician) and Shafqat Ali Sheikh (journalist).
Zorawar Singh Jamwal, Chairman of Team Jammu who was the chief guest on the occasion said that the young entrepreneurs have not only sustained themselves independently but have also created employment opportunities for many and these young entrepreneurs are doing very well in their respective fields and more happy to see the way French Club is encouraging them by felicitating these youngsters during the event.
Gaurav Gupta, Secretary, CCI who was the Guest of Honor said that the entrepreneurship today has become a dominant and powerful ideology and generating employment and improvement of quality of life of masses of Jammu. |
