| Smile launches awareness about organ donation | | |  Early Times Report
samba, Mar 14: In order to give wide publicity and create awareness amongst college students in Samba district, Smile Social Youth Club organised programme today launching day long awareness campaign amongst students of various college about the necessity and paramount importance of organ donation for needy patients.
On this occasion, Advocate M. S. Qureshi, President Smile Social Youth Club and other prominent activists of the club were present. While addressing the students, Qureshi said that life of a person is very precious and one gets once in life time. As such health and safety of human body should be marked as top priority while carrying out day to day work.
He emphasized that organ donation can help the needy patients to a greater extent for living smooth and normal life in the event of any organ failure due to illness. Other speakers also spoke at length about philanthropic act of donating organ and inspired young generation to understand it's inevitability of organ donation to help humanity.
On this occasion, pamphlets were also distributed amongst students to carry forward the message of organ donation to their homes and vicinity around there for awareness of people. |
