| JSS celebrates graduation cum grandparents' day | | |

Jammu, Mar 23: Jammu Sanskrit School (JSS) commemorated Graduation ceremony cum grandparents' day with ebullience and vehemence. The event was celebrated at General Zorawar Singh auditorium which was graced by the benign presence of Chief Guest Seema Rohmetra (Assistant Professor The Law School, Jammu University), Guest of Honor Dr Sindhu Kapoor (Associate Professor History).
Special Invitees Dr Suniya Ashkoor Wani( SDPO South) Pragaya Gupta Principal MMI, Dr Rinku Gupta Principal Cinosural International School and Shikha Puri Daffodils care Convent Playway School, Harpreet Singh Anand Chairperson Jammu Sanskriti School and Rohini Aima Principal cum Vice-Chairperson of Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu.
Rohini Aima Principal cum Vice Chairperson of the school asserted that today we are also celebrating grandparents' day to pay tribute to the sacrifices they have made and are making for their grandchildren as in today's era of westernization the children can only be rooted to their culture because of their conventionalities which grandparents have ingrained in their grand children.
Sub sequentially school's annual report was delivered by Ms Nidhi Kohli Pre - Primary Wing coordinator who accentuated the achievements and apprised everybody about the growth of the school during this session.
The apotheosis of the event was the phenomenal performances of children which beguiled the audience and left everyone in awe. Later the children were awarded certificates for their merit. They looked beautiful and confident scholars in the ceremonial gown and hat. Then the chief guest illuminated everyone with her experience and congratulated Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu for its splendid function and contribution towards the society. |
