Carmel Girls shines in 8th Board Exam | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 16: 117 Carmel girls dominated the class VIII MSE Board results conducted by the District Institute of Education & Training (DIET) Jammu (under JKBOSE) with 100 % result and 16 positions. The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education (JKBOSE) announced the Class VIII results on Wednesday, 13th of April, 2019. Harleen Kour secured the 1st position with 200 marks (100%) where as Tanisha Gupta, Aleena Abey and Vanshika Bhushan bagged the 5th position. Sabhyta Verma grabbed the 7th position and the 8th position was held by Maliha Malik, Harnish Kour and Agrima Jamwal. The Carmelites who secured 9th position were Jaspinder Kour, Rashita Gupta, Reshveen Kour, Ananya Kerni, Bhoomika Sharma and Mannat Slathia where as the 10th position was shared by Meghna Katoch and Ankita Mehra. Expressing immense happiness on the occasion the Principal Sr. Maria Swati A.C. along with the Manager Fr. Shaiju Chacko congratulated the students and the faculty for their untiring endeavour and applauded the efforts of the Management and the students for elevating the educational standards of Carmel. They also thanked all the parents for their whole hearted cooperation and appreciated them for being the strong pillars of support for the students and the institution. The students distributed sweets in the campus and celebrated their success with their teachers and friends. |
