| Curfew fully lifted from Kishtwar, people continue protest against failure of Administration, police | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 16: Following returning of normalcy in Kishtwar District in wake of the aftermath of the killings of RSS leader Chanderkant Sharma and his PSO Rajinder Kumar by the Militants on 9-4-2019 inside District Hospital Kishtwar, the authorities today fully lifted the day curfew; however the people in different parts of the Kishtwar town and its peripheral areas are continuously protesting against the Administration and police failure towards safeguarding the lives of common people of Kishtwar District where Militants are roaming free and killing the nationalist people at their own sweet will while the police and administration watched as mute spectators. As per the details available with Early Times, the angry people displayed its anger against DC Kishtwar Angrez Singh Rana and Senior Police officals beside raises anti Pakistan, Anti Militants, anti separatist slogans demanding immediate arrest of the culprits involved behind the killings of RSS leader, his PSO and Parihar brothers. The angry people also held protest march from Kuleed Chowk to Dak Banglow Chowk, beside also at various locations in the District and give clear signal to government to act against the senior officials of the Administration and police and threaten that they will intensify the protest in case Government fail to act on the demands of the people. Later in the evening, peaceful candle march protest were also held in memory of the late RSS leader, his PSO and Parihar brothers.
All the participants prayed for the eternal peace to the departed soul and resolve that they will not let the police and administration to rest till the killers will not be arrested and hanged. |
