NHMEA seeks revocation of employees termination order | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 21: All Jammu and Kashmir National Health Mission Employees Association has sought revocation of termination order of employees without any further delay. Addressing media persons, Rohit Seth said that most of the employees working under NHM have crossed the upper age limit for applying for any government posts and they have been pleading the case before the concerned authorities from many years requesting for regularizing our services and putting us under proper grade and cadre, but to our disappointment all our hopes have vanished in dream. Despite repeated strike calls, protests and assurances given by former Health and Education Minister as well as Governor, the demands of NHM employees have not been addressed. They appealed Governor to look into the rightful demands of NHM employees so terminated and save them and their families from sufferings and starvation by way of issuing orders for revoking their termination orders and conceding the genuine demands on utmost human grounds. Among others who spoke includes Dr. Arun, Arvind, Afzal, Rajinder Sharma and others and jointly appealed the Hon'ble Governor to restore rightful justice to the employees of NHM on the same anal ,gy as has been done to other similar employees in other districts of the State. |
