Narrow escape for many in cylinder blast at Dadpath Tea stall | | | Asif Iqbal Naik Early Times Report Kishtwar, Apr 21: In another tragic incident at Dapath Kishtwar, there is a narrow escape to a Tea stall owner and few others after the cylinder blast completely damaged the shop. Yesterday 7 shops and 3 houses were completely gutted in the area. As per the details available with "Early Times", the cylinder blast took place inside the Tea Stall owned by Parvaiz Ahmed Naik of Dadpath as a result of which the fire engulfed the whole shop and within minutes the whole structure reduce to ashes. As soon as the incident took place, the locals immediately rush to the spot and prevented the fire from spreading as the whole shop reduce to ashes within minutes of the incident. The eyewitnesses said that the blast was so huge that they feared that some terror incident has ripped the area, but soon they saw the tea stall into flames and people immediate rush to the rescue operation and luckily no one was injured. The reason behind the cylinder blast is yet to be ascertained. Speaking to "Early Times", the local Sarpanch Shabir Ahmed Lone said that the Tea stall owner is very poor and seek help for him from the government in reestablishment of the shop to him. He said that he had already taken up the matter with the administration who had assured him all possible help to this poor Tea Stall owner added that MLA Inderwal Ghulam Mohammad Saroori had also assured full support to the victim. |
