| 7 residential house damaged after landslide hits Bathri village in Doda | | |

Over seven residential house were normally damaged following a landslide on Monday.
As per reports available with Early Times, The landslide hit Dugrun, Bathri village of Bhalessa area and damaged around seven residental houses normally around 9am on Monday. No loss of life or injuries or huge property has been reported yet. The spot of the landslide is atleast 60 kilometers away from Doda headquarter. The families of this village shifted to safer place with the help of locals as there is more chances of landslides.
It is pertinent to mention here that, on 13 March 2109, when landslide hits same place in the market where more than 13 shops were buried due to huge slides.
In the geological survey of India to map the area had termed the Jammu and Kashmir state as highly vulnerable to landslides including earthquake. |
