SAMBA, Apr 24: Two months ago, the new ARTO took charge at Samba District but failed to provide better service to the people who are facing lot of problems.
According to the sources, hundreds of files of newly registered vehicles and fitness certificates lying in her table await her approval.
The people have complained of poor service in the office.
They said that since a month ago they are facing trouble due to fsilure of the office to provide vital documents on time.
They have urged the Transport Commissioner to transfer the ARTO.
They threatened agitation if immediate measures to set things right were not taken.
