Five dead, Eleven injured as landslides hits Mini bus

Doda, Apr 24 : Five killed while Eleven passangers were injured after hit by landslide in Doda on Wednesday.
Reports said that, A Mini Bus bearing registration Number JK17-4953 was on its way towards Gandoh from Thathri came under huge boulders landslides from a hillock in the hilly road in which five person was killed and eleven of passangers were injured. The incident took place at Piyakul, Kahara in Gandoh Sub division of Doda district at around 2pm, official said.
Immediately, Locals and police party Kahara rushed the spot, started rescue operation and shifted the injured Primary Health Center Thathri for first aid, later some serious injured reffered to District Hospital Doda for advanced treatment.
Later, Deputy Commissioner Doda Dr Sagar D. Doifode-IAS, Sub District Magistrate Thathri Anwar Banday and other administration Officer also visited the accidental spot and Emergency Hospital Thathri to enquire the injured condition.
The deceased have been identified as Mansoor Ahmed S/o Saifudin, Gulshan Begum W/o Mansoor Ahmed, Shakeela Begum W/o Ghulam Nabi all residents of Konu Batogra, Mudasir Ahmed S/o Javed Ahmed R/o Joya amd Kamlesha Devi w/o Surjeet Singh R/o Sichal.
The injured have been identified as
Shafqat Hussain S/o Din Mohd R/o Batoli, Rashida Begum W/o Jalil Ahmed R/o Budipura, Shakuntla Devi W/o Mulak Raj R/o Ranjana, Jalil Ahmed S/o Roshan Din R/o Budi Pura, Nawshad Ahmed S/o Nazir Ahmed Ganai R/o Tanta, Mohd Akram S/o Alaf Din R/o Indlu, Abdul Wahid S/o Nazir Ahmed R/o Chibba, Rinku Devi W/o Balwant Singh R/o Batoli, Khalid Hussain S/o Akther Hussain R/o Batara, Shalinder Singh S/o late Surjeet Singh R/o Sichal, Kewal Kumar S/o Ram Singh R/o Piyakul.
