| JIAR celebrated world meningitis day | | |

Jammu, Apr 24: JIAR today celebrated World Meningitis Day, which is annually celebrated on 24th April and is dedicated to raise awareness of meningitis. A function was organized by JIAR in which various power presentations and poster presentations were given by PG scholars and students of final year BAMS. The whole event was coordinated by Dr. Twinkle Gupta Associate Prof. and Dr. Poonam Gupta Asst. prof of PG department of Kayachikitsa. The session was organised under the supervision of Chairperson JIAR Suman Sharma. Managing Directors Ravish and Ritesh, Principal JIAR Dr. Raghuvir Singh, Vice Principal Dr. Nitin Mahajan. The whole session was concluded by honourable Principal Dr. Raghuvir Singh who spoke to the students that we must educate people about meningitis and urged them to protect themselves, their families and their community against meningitis. |
