Jammu, May 1: The department of Home Science, University of Jammu today organized an interactive session with the students of Sanskrit Maha Vidayalya, Birpur. The team was led by HOD, Home Science, Prof. Shashi Manhas and students of fourth semester. While interacting with the students, Prof. Shashi Manhas stressed on the importance of balanced diet and nutrients and also called upon them to keep their personnel hygiene as part of their daily routine. Goutmi Chowdhary and Seema Kumari, students for the deptt of Home Science also distributed the audio visual material and pamphlets among the school students, which were prepared by the students of Home science for the students of Sanskrit Maha Vidyalaya. Other staff of school including Kuldeep Kumar, Shikha Jamwal, Bindu Chib, Aruna Jamwal ,Bansi lal, Vinod Kumar and Asha Jamwal were also present during the programme. |
