Jammu, May -04 :- Special Municipal Mobile Magistrate Jammu Manoj Parhiar today granted interim bail to Dr. Gagn Bhagat upto 8th of May, 2019.
As per police report a complaint was lodged on April 27, 2018 that Ex-MLA Dr. Gagan Bhagat along with his associates came in the village of complainant and on the issue of electrc transformer, started abusing the complainant and her other associates and when complainant as well as her associates were on the way to back home, the said MLA along with his associates beaten the complainant.
Special Municipal Mobile Magistrate Jammu Manoj Parhiar after hearing Sr. Adv BS Salathia for the applicant whereas CPO for the State, granted interim bail upto May 8, 2019 with direction to the police that petitioner can be released if bail bond to the tune of Rs 30,000 was submitted. |
