| JKIM demands SBI, J&K Bank branch for Mandi | | | Early Times Report
Poonch, May 13: Jammu Kashmir Insaaf Movement demanded a separate branch of State Bank of India (Bank) and one more branch of J&K Bank for far flung Mandi tehsil of border district Poonch. Javid Reshi, the chairman of the movement today in a press release issued here urged Governor administration to sanction a branch of SBI in Mandi where because thousands of centre government's employees are pursuing jobs in different areas of Mandi who are suffering a lot due to lack of SBI branch in Mandi. Reshi in his statement further informed that Mandi branch being a multi populated area has largest accounts and consumers of J&K Bank feel shortage of another branch.
He has appealed to governor administration to direct SBI and J&K Bank authorities to sanction separate SBI branch and one more J&K Bank branch for Mandi at earliest |
