JAMMU, May 14: A team of RS Pura arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest since 1995, and produced before the Court.
After developing a piece of specific information, a team of Police Station RS Pura head by SHO Police Station R S PURA Inspector Chanchal Singh raid in Kathua, traced and arrested one absconder, namely Davinder Singh son of Raj Singh resident of Kathua who had been evading arrest in case FIR No. 203/1991 under section 3/4 TADA, 3/25 Arms Act and 392/34 RPC of Police Station R S Pura. Warrant U/S 512 Cr.PC had already been issued by the TADA Court against him, executed with his arrest.
