Ban on pvt school vans unjustified: AAP | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 14: Terming ban on private school vans is an unjustified and indigestible move of Apex Court, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) said that in absence of overall credible governance within the country it is difficult to face the multiple basic troubles. Though principally, outside commenting on Apex Court's verdict is not permissible but at the same time, we must not forget the reality before us i.e. is it possible for a common man or group of any Indian state to be aware of Apex Court's day to day proceedings? Certainly not, it is in fact the duty of Govt's legal representatives deputed in the Court to plead the cause of society after due discussions with concerned ministry but the way, one sided decisions are being given on ground realities based public related basic issues, is quite unjustified & indigestible, expressed Deep Singh, national council member AAP, here today. Singh said that within the almost derailed political ruling system of the country, only hope is our judiciary but if it will not apprise properly on the basic problems of the people by the so-called responsible quarters then the only true and existing faith can be diluted which can't be seen in the overall interest of nation, he added. It is for the kind information of Supreme Court that only 4-5% school going children of the country are presently using the school transport buses for that there are number of guidelines either from the Courts or from the so-called governments but nothing is available for rest of 95% such school going children, Deep Singh stated. AAP appealed to the Supreme Court of India to consider a review on its latest order on school vans while accessing the ground realities and the basic difficulties of people, Deep Singh urged. |
